Juegos-Trabajo-Empleo | Soccer – Want To Stay In Practice For Soccer? Hackies May Be Your Most Valuable Tool

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010

When soccer isn’t in season, you need a way to keep your feet nimble and practiced. That’s hard to do in cold weather, and your parents aren’t about to let you kick a soccer ball around the house. So what’s a good way to maintain your skills while keeping things safely inside the house when the weather is cold?

It’s easy: Footbags. Also knows as hackies (which stems from “Hacky Sack,” the original trademarked name of the product), footbags can be a great way to keep your feet in shape and ready for soccer season. You might even try buying some soccer hackies — footbags that look like soccer balls — to keep your mind on the game.

Here are a few basic footbag maneuvers you’ll need in order to excel in the sport, as well as one move that’s a bit more advanced. Practice these every day, and not only will you be ready for soccer season, you’ll have gained a valuable and impressive new skill.

Kick. This is the simplest footbag maneuver, and it’s exactly what it sounds like: Kicking the bag. There are three basic kicks you’ll want to learn: The inside kick, wherein you kick the bag with the inside of your foot; the outside kick, wherein you kick the bag with the outside of your foot; and the toe kick.

Juegos Stall. Again, this is precisely what it sound like: You’re “stalling” the footbag with various parts of your body, in order to exert more control over it. Think of it as catching the bag with the inside or outside of your foot, or your toe. There’s also a move called a “clipper stall,” which is an inside stall made while your foot is behind the opposite leg.

Arm Stall. You might think this move is a bit odd, since it involves arms instead of feet and legs. But many of the best footbag artists use whatever body parts make for the best maneuvers. To initiate this move, it’s important to kick the footbag high enough that you can reach it with your elbow. Then catch the bag in the crook of your elbow, and immediately straighten your arm to “bump” the footbag back into the game.

Trabajar For instance, let me give you one example of one of the absolute best drills to improve the players condition as well as their ability to make good decisions during a soccer game:

= Small-Sided Games

The variations are endless, and by making a few small adjustments, you make these drills so intense and demanding that it’s insane.

At the end of a game when the players are tired, the team where the players can make the best decisions is the team that will win the game. Sure, you may be able to run a mile at a pretty decent time, but that’s got nothing to do with soccer.

Trabajo Sitting on the sidelines in discomfort and watching my team was hard, especially as I had been put there by an innocuous challenge, but it certainly sped up my progression into coaching. My posterior cruciate ligament was torn and I was sidelined for a season undergoing regular intensive physiotherapy sessions and a rehab programme. I was well on the road to recovery when I hit from behind when stationary in a road traffic accident and clattered my knee against the dash board due to the inertia caused by the other driver and extensively damaged it again, undoing the months of hard work I’d recently put in. that was it, my playing days were well and truly gone. As with everything I do, if I’m doing something then I aim to be the absolute best that I can be at it and hence I undertook as many coaching qualifications as I possible could fit in in a ridiculously short space of time. I aimed to provide each goalkeeper that I worked with as much insight into the game as physically and mentally possible as I embarked on my new fledgling career as a goalkeeper coach. Having received no specific coaching personally I wasn’t dogged by the “Do it this way” mentality that follows the majority of coaches and I was free to develop my own personal style, ideas and methodology. I am a huge student of how people work and watch many, many coaches in their mannerisms and style and took the bits that would suit me and adapted those that wouldn’t until I found a style that works. And it is with this style that I lead you into the magical world of Coaching the Goalkeeper by Bob Warby you can be published without charge. Why The 2010 Summer Will Be A Great One

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

It has been said that this summer is going to be a great one for all Europe. At least for the northern countries, that means less rain and warmer than usually weather while that may not be so god news for the Mediterranean ones where higher temperatures won’t be that pleasant. What is not very known is that during summers where there is a world cup, people travel less and they are quite happy to stay at home with their friends and family. It is definitely at big social event rather than a pure sports one, given the influence it has on so many people’s daily life around the world.

This is another reason that raises even higher the expectations of the forthcoming summer. Football and non football fans around the globe are all, to a greater or lesser degree anticipating the 1st ever world cup to be hosted by an African country. I don’t think many people would be indifferent to a pretty warm summer, where there will be many social gatherings because of the World Cup. It has been such a hard winter this year, and recession made it even heavier, therefore all Europeans are looking forward to a great summer.

The most common picture from the summer includes a lot of friends taking their places around the Telly in the balcony, trying to listen to the commentator’s voice coming out of those. Kids will be running around playing with their summer toys, say a rc helicopter, while at the same time their parents will be enjoying a cold glass of beer straight out of the beer keg chiller. And if there are some people around that do not enjoy watching football that much, you should expect some great barbecue too.

Hopefully for many, there’s no room for mistakes in the scientist’s forecasts for the summer. So lets hope everything will be as well as we expect it!

The Favourites For The 2010 World Cup

Monday, May 3rd, 2010

Forecasting or guessing which national team is going to win 2010 World Cup in South Africa is not easy at all. Experienced football fans when it comes to have a say always find it hard as it is a competition where many things depend on the form of the squads during 20 days. Current world cup winners have failed to qualify to the next round several times and it is that element of surprise that adds to the magic of the competition.

South Korea is the best example of the latter who managed to make it all the way to the semis in the 2002 competition, beating Italy. How many people could really predict that Italy was going to win the 2006 competition?? Definitely there are some favourites but that doesn’t mean that other minor teams shouldn’t have any chance at all. Historically, Brazil are the biggest favourites just because they have participated in all competitions and have won the trophy more times (5) that any other team. Italy – as the current trophy holders and Germany follow, because of the amount of times they have managed to reach the final. Germany because of their consistency, Italy because they are the previous winners, and England because one day they will win it again.

Get ready for another memorable competition, especially after experts have fore-casted that summer to be one of the hottest ever. There’s nothing better than watching one of those games outdoors, either at a friend’s garden or at the backyard of a pub or a restaurant. What you need is a big balcony, some volunteers to prepare the bbq, a big TV screen, a pair of wireless outdoor speakers and some good company. It would be fun even for the kids as they love being outdoors, running, jumping and playing with their remote control helicopter or if you are lucky, just watch the game.

We are all looking forward to a great competition, where hopefully the best team is going to win and all those great players will offer unforgettable moments. So let’s get ready then!
